Social Betty provides a feedback system that allows organizers and venues to recommend others to work with them based on certain criteria. The feedback system helps organizers choose venues that have provided positive experiences for other organizers, plus it helps venues choose organizers that have shown to be responsive and reliable. It is important to note that true to the process of event planning, not everything will always go perfectly or according to plan. What’s most important is communication and how you resolve issues as they arise. Organizers and venues should always keep this in mind as they use the feedback system.

mini starOrganizers Providing Feedback on Venues

Once an organizer posts an event and the event date has passed, an email will be sent asking to confirm if they used Social Betty to find their venue. If they indicate “Yes”, they are able to rate the venue they chose based on the following criteria:

Service:
The delivery of food, beverages and space accommodations were satisfactory.

atmosphere Atmosphere:
The establishment enhanced the experience of the event.
value Overall Value:
The food and beverages were reasonably priced based on quantity and quality.
needs met Overall Needs/Requests Were Met:
The venue did an adequate and reasonable job in accommodating the overall needs/requests of the organizer.
satisfaction Overall Satisfaction:
The organizer feels the use of the venue for their event was an overall positive experience.

Based on the organizer’s experience in using the venue for their event, organizers will indicate for each criterion that “Yes” they would recommend the venue or “No” if they would not. If the criterion does not apply to the interaction between the organizer’s event and the venue, then they should indicate “Not Applicable.”

Each “yes” will be tallied and displayed to show the number of organizers that would recommend a venue based on each criteria that applies. The total number of times the venue has been rated will also be displayed.

Service 75 out of 82 said YES!

This overall score gives other organizers the ability to detect venues that deliver the most positive experience.


mini starVenues Providing Feedback on Organizers

Once an organizer has indicated they used Social Betty to find their venue, the venue will receive an email that gives them the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience working with the organizer. They are able to rate the organizer on the following criteria:

Event details posted on Social Betty were accurate:
The details were relatively accurate, taking into consideration that any changes were communicated well and did not have a negative impact on the end result.

atmosphere Organizer communicated well in regards to any changes:
The organizer did a reasonably good job in communicating any changes in details so as to maintain a positive interaction with the venue and positive implementation of their event.
value Overall Satisfaction:
The organizer did a good job in posting, communicating and implementing their event.

Based on the venue’s experience in working with the organizer, venues will indicate for each criterion that “Yes” they would recommend the organizer or “No” if they would not. If the criterion does not apply to the interaction between the venues interaction with the organizer, then they should indicate “Not Applicable.”

Each “yes” will be tallied and displayed to show the number of venues that would recommend an organizer based on each criteria that applies. The total number of times the organizer has been rated and has posted will also be displayed.

This overall score gives venues the ability to detect organizers that have shown to be responsive and reliable.
